Yannios of Yannios RE brokers $3.94 million sale
Methuen, MA Yannios RE Investment Services has brokered the sale of the Union Grove Apartments. K&B Builders has sold the property to Arrowpoint Properties for $3.94 million. The two-story brick garden style apartment building features 36 units in a mix of two studios,10 one-bedrooms and 24 two-bedroom units. The new owners plan on renovating the units.
James Yannios of Yannios RE represented the seller and procured the buyer.
