The Stubblebine Company handles $8 million sale for East Coast Office

Billerica, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International sold 17 Progress Rd., a 28’ clear high bay distribution building, to 17 Progress Road LLC for $8 million. David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Co., represented the seller, East Coast Office, and the buyer, 17 Progress Road LLC.
