The Stubblebine Company handles $8 million sale for East Coast Office
Billerica, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International sold 17 Progress Rd., a 28’ clear high bay distribution building, to 17 Progress Road LLC for $8 million. David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Co., represented the seller, East Coast Office, and the buyer, 17 Progress Road LLC.
Located near the intersection of Rte. 3 and Rte. 128 on the Burlington, Bedford, Billerica line, the subject asset is 100% leased on a long-term basis to Fulfillment America. Fulfillment America is a world class service company providing a broad range of fulfillment services with their operational processes, inventory management practices and quality initiatives.
David Stubblebine said, “The investor purchased the asset because of the outstanding location, 28’ clear height and strong long-term tenancy.”
The Stubblebine Co. specializes in the sale and lease of large flex and industrial properties throughout New England.
