Wilton, CT Scott Zakos, associate broker of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC negotiated three sales of commercial properties totaling $4.075 million.
The properties include:

• 631-643 Danbury Rd. a 12,000 s/f building on one acre, formerly Calico Corner, sold for $1.9 million.
• 25 Grant St., Bridgeport, a 43,000 s/f industrial building on six acres, formerly Alpha Distributors, sold for $1.7 million.
• 101 Gulf St., Milford, a 4,300 s/f industrial office building, sold for $475,000. Zakos represented the buyer Discount Fence Co. in the transaction while John Bergin of H. Pearce Co. represented the seller.
All three buyers are users and acknowledged a lack of quality buildings for sale in the market.
Zakos said “I am always looking for industrial inventory as this sector of commercial real estate continues to appreciate.”
