Matt Halprin and Nelson Pickering from New England Retail Properties represented the landlord, Ceruzzi Holdings LLC. In Bristol, Dr. Dental leased 3,020 s/f from Developers Realty Corp. at the Shop Rite Plaza. Kelly Voss handled the transaction in house for Developers Realty Corp. In Enfield, Dr. Dental leased 2,000 s/f from S&S MZL, LLC at the Stop & Shop Plaza on Hazard Ave. Frank Normandin from Winslow Property Management Inc. represented the landlord. Dr. Dental opened its first Conn. locations in Hamden and New Britain in 2009 and currently operates 24 locations throughout Conn., Mass. and N.H.
