In Bristol, Dr. Dental leased 3,020 s/f from Developers Realty Corp. at the Shop Rite Plaza. Kelly Voss handled the transaction in house for Developers Realty Corp. In Enfield, Dr. Dental leased 2,000 s/f from S&S MZL, LLC at the Stop & Shop Plaza on Hazard Ave. Frank Normandin from Winslow Property Management Inc. represented the landlord.
