Zied joins Cityside Management Corp.

Cityside Management Corp. recently welcomed Mandy Zied to its executive team. As vice president of client services, Zied will work closely with business development and field services teams to assure smooth and efficient orientation of new clients to Cityside. Her responsibilities also include maintaining quality real estate preservation, management and marketing services to all Cityside clients as the firm continues to expand REO Services in multiple markets throughout the country. Zied understands high volume real estate services from the sales & marketing as well as the preservation & asset management sides of the business. She brings with her a wealth of experience gained from nearly two decades of mortgage lending and real estate work. Zied began her career in the mid 1990s as branch supervisor for Primary Capital, Inc. where she managed a team of over 50 loan officers. Having launched a successful career in real estate lending, Zied moved on to lead two successful companies, Allfirst Mortgage Corp. and Allfirst Real Estate, Inc. As President of both firms, she managed all operations for seven offices throughout four states and was responsible for a staff of over 130 real estate and mortgage professionals. During the last 4 years, Zied managed sales & marketing of REO properties as well as vendor relations for Bank of America in Simi Valley, CA and Bank of America Field Services Corp. in Chandler, AZ. As the new VP of Client Services at Cityside Management Corporation, she will execute a vital role in maintaining and continually improving the high quality service experiences that clients expect. Cityside Management Corp. based in Manchester, NH is a national high volume real estate management company. It was founded in 1998 and has grown quickly to over 300 employees with 6 offices throughout the country managing more than 15,000 properties in 37 states.
