Campanelli Construction to construct 15 warehouse facilities totaling 1.5m s/f

Campanelli Companies will construct 15 facilities for Preferred Freezer Services, a provider of state-of-the-art, full-service refrigerated warehouses. These buildings contain more than 1.5 million combined s/f of cold storage warehouse, distribution and office space, and span seven U.S. states. "The construction of these facilities in several regions across the nation demonstrates our firm's ability to anticipate and meet the needs of an organization that is experiencing rapid growth and expansion," said Daniel DeMarco, partner for Campanelli. Facilities Campanelli has completed for Preferred Freezer include the company's headquarters in Newark, N.J. and cold storage distribution centers in Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, Norfolk,VA, and Raynham, Sharon, and Westfield, Mass. Among its ongoing projects with Preferred Freezer, Campanelli is currently constructing facilities in Jacksonville, FL, expected completion in first quarter, 2008; Elizabeth, NJ, expected completion in first quarter, 2008 and Everett, Mass., expected completion in second quarter, 2008.
