Fellah of HK Group does 1,677 s/f retail lease

Westport, CT Little Tibet, an Asian antiques store, has leased 1,677 s/f at 21-23 Post Road West.

Headquartered in a 10,000 s/f gallery and showroom in Middletown, Little Tibet imports furniture, fine arts, statuary, lamps and jewelry from Tibet, China, Indonesia and the Philippines.

HK Group executive vice president Franco Fellah put the deal together for the tenant and was exclusive agent for the owner, Phat Development.

Atty. Steve Fogerty of Halloran & Sage represented the owner in direct negotiations with the tenant.
