WB Eng. promotes Quigley, Moody, Keane, Gebhardt, Cardinal and McGagh

WB Engineers said that Michael Quigley, PE has been named an associate principal, Daniel Moody, PE, LEED AP a senior associate, and Kristie Keane, Karl Gebhardt Jason Cardinal and Michael McGagh all associates. Vadim Karamov has joined the firm as electrical engineer and Michael Racette as CAD specialist.
