Gotfredson of NAI Hunneman reps landlord in two leases - 3,500 s/f

Boston, MA NAI Hunneman has leased 3,500 s/f of office space at 105 Beach St. The new tenants, Truebridge Inc. and High New Worth Inc., both financial services firms, leased 2,500 s/f and 1,000 s/f respectively.

For both transactions Chris Gotfredson, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, 105 Beach Street Inc. Truebridge Inc., was represented by Joe Leary of JFL Real Estate Services, and High New Worth Inc., was represented by David Montero of Realmont.

"105 Beach Street is a desirable downtown location for many businesses," said Gotfredson.

"Not only does the property feature many amenities, but it has great proximity to the Financial District, Boston Commons, South Station, and Boston Harbor."
