The Kane Co. brokers sale of 7.8 acres of land to Patel for La Quinta Motel

Newington, NH Bharat Patel has purchased 7.8 acres of land from Tyco Integrated Cable Systems, Inc. Patel will build a La Quinta Motel.

The groundbreaking will be March of 2009 with the grand opening one year later. Patel is looking forward to coming to the Portsmouth area. Katherine Williams Kane of 10Rep, LLC and Michael Scimo of CB Richard Ellis listed the property.
