Seymour, CT Ed Godin, SIOR, a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, recently represented both parties in the sale of the former New Haven Copper and Brass facility at 79 Main St. The 95,000 s/f manufacturing building is situated on 3.2 acres and includes an additional adjacent .5 acre parcel of land.

The properties are located along the Naugatuck River in downtown and sold for $1.3 million.

The building features numerous amenities including 3,000 s/f of offices, 30 ft. ceilings in portions, numerous large capacity cranes throughout the complex, heavy power and good loading capacity.

The buyer, Group EAG LLC, is a local investor, and the seller was Olin Corporation.
