Powers & Company represented the landlord, Gravestar, in new leases totaling 56,100 s/f at Horn Pond Plaza. Leases have been signed with Toys R Us and Babies R Us in 48,000 s/f, Unleashed in 5,600 s/f and Dunkin' Donuts in 2,500 s/f.
The Toys/Babies R Us building has been totally renovated as well as the free standing Dunkin' Donuts.
The new tenants have joined Whole Foods and Rite Aid in the newly renovated plaza with Masa Southwestern Grill, Citibank, Hallmark and others. Only one vacancy of 12,013 s/f remains for the plaza to be 100% occupied.
Horn Pond Plaza serves the Winchester, Woburn, Lexington and Arlington communities.
