What your firm does now and its plans for the future? GeoDesign, Inc. provides geotechnical engineering and geoenvironmental consulting services to the design and construction community. Offices are located in Windsor and South Burlington, Vermont; Middlebury, Connecticut; and New York, New York. Our technical staff has expertise in geotechnical, geo-structural, geo-environmental, and construction engineering and consulting. One of GeoDesign's hallmark is our ability to closely integrate engineering design services with the actual construction of the project, either through offering construction oversight for the owner or construction engineering support directly to the contractor. This translates into understanding both design and construction issues, resulting in improved efficiency, quality, cost savings and schedule. The connection between design and construction originates with our entry level engineers and scientists who begin by working in the field, and continues through our senior principals, whom work directly with designers and contractors. GeoDesign is committed to growth and professional excellence for our clients and employees, with an emphasis on leadership succession and ownership transition to our rising leaders.
