Nashua Technology Park at Gateway Hills - Nashua, NH

The John Flatley Company, owner of the Nashua Technology Park at Gateway Hills, renewed three leases totaling 300,000 s/f to Dell, Plexxi and Amphenol TCS, bringing the building to more than 85% leased.

Located at Exit 1 off Rte. 3 at the Mass./N.H. border, the Nashua Technology Park (NTP) campus consists of over 750,000 s/f of interconnected, energy-efficient office/R&D buildings within the Gateway Hills campus. The park and location have become a key component in the growth of numerous leading high-tech companies. This facility offers many onsite amenities including a full-service café, NTP Conference Center, auditorium, health club, iCafe, game room, Flatley Innovation Center...even a heliport. The site plan for Nashua Technology Park includes additional R&D space, of which 240,000 s/f is currently being engineered and approved.

The new Homewood Suites by Hilton is scheduled to open this summer.

Plexxi has expanded 22,000 s/f. This will be their third time expanding since winning the Inaugural Flatley Challenge in 2012. The Annual Flatley Challenge awarded them with free space one year and $10,000 to help get their business off the ground. "Since it was so successful and the space is great, we were able to go into a long-term lease after the first year was up," said Laurie Riedel, vice president of finance at Plexxi. "We're really excited to grow with the park and become a bigger anchor and success story for NTP."

Dell recently renewed 190,000 s/f and has called NTP home for the past 8 years.

Amphenol TCS renewed their lease, totaling 80,000 s/f. Another long-standing, valued tenant at NTP, Amphenol TCS is a leader in high-speed, high-density connection systems.
