Colonial Properties brokers $500,000 sale and 9,000 s/f in leases

Orange, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the firm has completed the following transactions.  

Richetelli represented the seller, Henry’s Honor LLC, in the sale of 210 Boston Post Rd. for $500,000.  The 6,800 s/f light industrial building was purchased by Argyle Equity Co.  Carl Russell of H. Pearce Real Estate Co. represented the buyer.  The attorney for the seller was Gabe Cusanelli of New Haven; the buyer’s attorney was Kirk Fornes of New Haven.

Richetelli and senior vice president, Fred Messore represented the landlord, Simone Development, in negotiating a 3-year lease for 2,000 s/f of office space at Orange Town Center Plaza, 109 Boston Post Rd. to Franklin American Mortgage.  They also represented the landlord, Orange Holdings LLC, in negotiating a 3-year lease at The Firelite Plaza, 35 Old Tavern Rd. to Nardecchia Financial Services.  

Bill Weirsman, commercial broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the tenant, D&D Services LLC, in negotiating a 3-year lease of 5,000 s/f warehouse space and yard area for a landscaping business at 374 Boston Post Rd.  Russell represented the landlord.  Weirsman also represented the landlord, 516 BPR LLC, in negotiating a 3-year lease for 2,000 s/f at 516 Boston Post Rd., Orange to New Haven Bedding, LLC.
