The Davis Cos. and Principal Real Estate Investors complete The Reserve at Burlington

Burlington, MA The Reserve at Burlington, a new 270-unit apartment community located off Cambridge St. on Corporate Dr., was officially unveiled by the developers and project team with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the town and the area Chamber of Commerce. 

Designed with sustainability and wellness in mind, The Reserve at Burlington has been developed by The Davis Cos. in partnership with Principal Real Estate Investors. The Dolben Co., Inc. is serving as managing agent. First residents are expected to move in this month.

Located one mile from Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, and the Burlington Mall, The Reserve at Burlington consists of a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with access to in-building amenities designed to be both social and serene. Featured amenities include four elevated outdoor courtyards, a 24-hour fitness center with studio space, a resort-style pool with sundeck and cabana areas, a solarium with living wall and water feature, and a multitude of resident work and lounge spaces featuring billiard tables, access to a catering kitchen, and conference space. Additional amenities include a pet spa, Amazon Hub package management system, and electric car charging stations. 

All 270 apartments at The Reserve have access to enclosed garage parking, located under the building. 

The apartment homes feature upscale finishes, with kitchen islands, glass-enclosed showers, and oversized windows that flood the apartments with natural light.
