Galvin of Pearce Real Estate leases 1,260 s/f

Madison, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS, senior commercial associate with the Pearce Commercial North Haven office, closed on a 5-year lease for 1,260 s/f of retail space in the Madison Commons Shopping Plaza at 200 Boston Post Rd. 

The tenant is Madison Music Center which will use the space as a retail store where people can purchase and rent musical instruments and equipment. Galvin represented both the tenant and Madison Commons, LLC, the landlord.
