Providence, RI January 30th marked the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of the Keller Williams Realty Leading Edge Commercial Division office at 2 Charles St. Directed by Michael Alves, the Keller Williams New England regional commercial director, and owned and operated by broker, John Somyk, operating principal, Stephen Thibodeau and team leader, Kimberly Foley for the past 5 years.  In that time, they have built up to a team of 15 commercial brokers in the state, as well as 80 commercial regional brokers, putting them among the top ten commercial firms in the U.S. with 2,900 agents nationally.
