Yarmouth, ME Landry/French Construction joined Patriot Insurance Company on November 20th to celebrate the opening of their new corporate headquarters in Yarmouth. Landry/French served as the construction manager on the project.

Designed by Dave Matero Architecture of Bath, the two-story building is in keeping with the neighborhood’s historic character including the steeply pitched roof and multiple dormers taken from the nearby Sparhawk Mill, a brick masonry building built in 1857. The building is the first project to go through the town’s new Rte. 1 Character-Based Code approval process which sets the standards for the appearance of buildings.

Located on a seven-acre site, the new 34,500 s/f class A office building is an open office concept that houses its 70 employees with space to grow to 100 employees over the next five years.
