Minnerly and Osvold of NAI Hunneman handle 10,024 s/f lease

Walpole, MA NAI Hunneman completed a ten-year, 10,024 s/f lease with Mass Machine at Walpole Park South (Building 2). Mass Machine is relocating from Wilson Way in Westwood. With the completion of this transaction, there is now only one remaining unit available (5,105 s/f) at the 600,000 s/f industrial park.

Executive vice president Cathy Minnerly and vice president Ovar Osvold represented the landlord, J.D. Murphy Real Estate, in the transaction, while Mass Machine was represented by Taryn Wilson of Newmark Knight Frank.

“Like many of the other tenants at Walpole Park South, Mass Machine was drawn to its stellar location on Route 1, easy highway access, and first-class management in J.D. Located along U.S. Rte. 1, Walpole Park South is a first-class 600,000 s/f park comprised of eight office/warehouse and flex buildings. Building 2 is a 95,567 s/f office and warehouse facility that offers ample parking, 18-foot clear height, and 20 tail-board loading docks.
