NEREJ and South Shore Chamber to host South of Boston Summit - March 28 at The Lantana, Randolph

Randolph, MA The South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) have teamed up to co-host the inaugural South of Boston Summit. The event will be held on Wednesday March 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Lantana, 43 Scanlon Dr.

The half-day program will offer updates on current commercial projects, provide economic development insight, networking opportunities and vendor engagement.

The summit will begin with networking and breakfast at 8:30 a.m., followed by a presentation and discussion program schedule: 

• 9-10 a.m.: Market overview, banker, broker and construction

• 10-11 a.m.: Current development projects

• 11 a.m. - Noon: Economic development

• Noon - 1 p.m.: Networking with speakers and attendees.

Summit speakers will include James Dunphy of South Shore Bank; Keith Shaw of Delphi Construction Inc.; Matt Barry of LStar Ventures; Richard Beal of AW Perry; Peter Forman with the South Shore Chamber of Commerce; Judi Barrett from the Town of Plymouth; Michael Gallerani with Brockton 21st Century; and Robert Stevens of the city of Quincy.
