Eric O'Brien, president of O'Brien Commercial Properties, represented the seller, Eagle Realty, and also procured and represented the buyer, Perkins & Anctil, a law firm from Chelmsford, with a specialty in real estate law, purchased 6 Lyberty Way, a 35,000 s/f two story office and flex building on eight acres, for the intended relocation of their corporate headquarters. Perkins and Anctil simultaneously converted the property into office and industrial condominiums. MB Realty Corp, the investor, that purchased the first floor of the building intends to resell or lease its 17,500 s/f of space as high end flex or office space. O'Brien Commercial Properties represented MB Realty in this effort.
