Windham, NH Gateway Park is officially underway as Governor Chris Sununu helped break ground on June 19th. This 32-acre lot is located at the corner of Range Rd. and Rte. 111, and is the latest and largest development project in Windham, consisting of 360,000 s/f of mixed-use class A professional buildings and townhouses designated for 55+.  Adding to its appeal, the development has been designed to include walking paths to connect Gateway’s facets together.

This development is considered an “absolute home run” according to Governor Sununu, focused on the growth of Windham and attracting young people to the area. Gateway Park is located just off Exit 3 from I-93, on one of the busiest commuter corridors in the area with a weekday average of 27,000 vehicles per day.

The former Heavy Hitters Driving Range will be home to 11 new buildings including a bank, restaurant, bistro, and mixed-use professional buildings that are envisioned to include office, medical, retail, yoga/health center, R&D, and incubator uses. The buildings will have a modern, young appeal, a very different style than the colonial style that surrounds it, featuring lots of windows, steel, and concrete/brick facades.

“This project will attract recent graduates with good, new jobs,” said Hugo Overdeput of Colliers International. “It will give them a place to shop and go out to eat, and stay in New Hampshire.”

Available space ranges from 2,000 to 60,000 s/f, including stand-alone buildings.
