IREM Greater RI Chapter 88 president, Bob Cuttle, CPM and IREM national senior vice president, Beth Machen installing 8 new Accredited Residential Managers in the Rhode Island Chapter.

Beth Machen, CPM, 2010 IREM National senior vice president of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) spoke to the Greater Rhode Island Chapter 88 of the IREM, on September 14 at a luncheon meeting held at Eleven Forty Nine Restaurant located at 1149 Division St.
Machen remarks focused on key initiatives IREM is undertaking to keep members abreast of the latest trends, techniques and technology in real estate management.
Also at the luncheon 8 new Accreduted Residential Managers (ARM) candidates were installed.
The new ARMs are:

* Cindy Bourne from Valley Affordable Housing Corp.
* Megan Roth from Property Advisory Group
* Joshua Andersen from Davenport Associates

Greater RI Chapter 88 is one of the organization's 80 chapters nationwide. The chapter was founded in 1977and has 165 members.
The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information and membership for real estate management professional for more than 75 years. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors.
