Responder’s Name: Thomas Blakely Company: TRB Realty      What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2015? 2015 was a banner year for TRB Realty for completed sales and leasing transactions. We proudly celebrate 20 years of industry excellence!!  What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? Landmark property sale of the 100,000 s/f Building #19 in Burlington, Mass.  What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? Higher interest rates. Higher cap rates. I predict an active “financially-tied” CRE market, provided there are no domestic acts of terror, which would expose the financial markets fragility in a game changing way.
