2017 Annual Review: Chuck Sink of Chuck Sink Link

What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2017? By faith and grace, I worked to successfully double my firm’s annual revenues. As a result, I have paid off debts and began reinvesting for the long term financial growth of my business and my family.

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2017? My firm transitioned from providing content only to providing fully managed website hosing and maintenance services to enterprise level companies through a strategic partnership with two leading New England web design and development firms. New clients include Meridian Construction and Bow Auto Parts.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2018? A very bright outlook overall and tremendous opportunities just outside of urban areas. There will also be fast-growing pockets of CRE in some of the rural areas with good transportation and communication infrastructures.
