2017 Annual Review: Susan Shelby of Rhino PR

What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2017? I was invited to co-host a webinar on crisis communications by Engineering News-Record (ENR) on September 7th. We had more than 100 attendees, and the ENR editor who organized the webinar said it was one of the best webinars they had ever hosted. Following the webinar, the editor asked us to write an article and it was published in ENR in the November 15th issue. This ENR webinar put Rhino PR in front of a national engineering audience – one of my top goals for 2017. A copy of the webinar recording is available on our website until September 2018  – www.rhinopr.com.
