2017 Annual Review: Jason Settineri of Build-it Construction Services

What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2017? Fortune of having a fine tuned team of industry experts that posses strong moral compasses which have equated to establishing long term trusting relationships with good customers.

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2017? In general, as markets open up: The ability to shift majority of our volume to be North of Boston. Specifically: a 40,000 s/f white box fitout performed in under 16 weeks from concrete shell to high density business occupancy.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2018? Three is no crystal ball and we can predict as much certainty as we are certain of.  So….follow the housing market, it a direct output of the increased GDP (due to natural resource exporting) and our new frontier in technology both biotech and computer tech that this awesome country is growing, right here, in house. These two greater industries stimulate job growth and job earnings. Coupled with growth in other industries, it stimulates need for commercial real estate which increases demand for housing availability and ‘move up’ housing. Housing will adapt quicker than CRE, follow housing.
