Why the A/E/C Industry? I chose to go into plumbing because at a young age I knew that I wanted to work in a trade with my hands and be outside, I didn’t want a desk job. I attended a trade school where I went through many fields and found plumbing the most challenging and knew it was for me.
Advice/Keys to Success: The advice I’d give to someone coming into the plumbing trade would be to be prepared to work extremely hard, as the work I do is not easy. Be prepared for early morning hours and going into work to do a very physically demanding job. The key to success is making sure your mind and body are prepared for a physically demanding job. If you have this mindset you will be successful.
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
