If you had a mentor in your career, who was it and what did they teach you? When I first met my mentors, Vin Petroni and Mike Eakins, I did not know it, both were later adopted as my grandfathers. My mentors taught me early to never settle and never sell myself short. One of them, I remembered having a plaque in his office which read "naked people have little or no influence in society, clothes make the man," I believe this is a Mark Twain quote, when I read it at 20 years old it resonated within me to invest in fine attire and to be prideful in them. My mentor explained differences in many aspects of life, the quality of life does not fit the bill because it has no price. Quality comes from a deep foundation within, it is earned and respected for its loyalty and endurance. Quality of work, ethics, faith, and bond is what keeps that eternal growth to thrive exponentially.

They are truly one of a kind, a rarity, whose fair and generous attributes led to extraordinary leadership.

Their vision led the growth of a small family owned and operated office into what it is famously known as today, which is my favorite and most honorable place to call work as well as a second home!

Advice and Keys to Success: Train and support a growth mindset. Become bigger than yourself, always look for the bigger picture, be great at whatever you love to do and use that as a focal point to focus on presenting the best quality in a working environment and in life. What you do is an extension of you, surrounding yourself with only positive endeavors as well as people will help you now and later in life. Above all do not stop learning new and innovating skills.
