What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
Successfully concluding the sale of a 44-unit development site after 8 years representing the owner.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2019?
We sold a 2.6 acre residential development site on Main St. in Stratford, CT. The property is located in a transit-oriented district and sold for $1.15 million and will be developed to include an apartment complex.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
I am hopeful that 2020 will be a busy year because I expect interest rates to be at low levels during an election year.
