Name: Karrie Kratz

Position: Operations Manager

Company: Gilbane Building Co.

1. Don’t mess with people’s money, accuracy and timeliness count.

2. Subcontractors are a construction managers lifeline to a successful project and cashflow is their lifeline.

3. You can get every last detail of building right but if your client doesn’t have the full financial picture, you will fall short of exceeding expectations every time.
