The construction industry is one of the few sectors where demand for new workers has been rising. Today, there is a shortage of workers in the construction trades. Competitive salary. The pay gap that exists between men and women is much smaller in the construction industry. Leadership and innovation opportunities. Construction work is highly collaborative and innovative. Women in leadership roles will be able to contribute to innovation and enhance productivity. I believe that women in leadership positions in construction would pave the way for other women.

What are you most looking forward to post-pandemic? Freedom. Freedom of walking outside without a mask. Freedom of traveling anywhere and anytime without having to worry about getting sick or getting tested. Freedom of seeing friends and family anytime. This pandemic showed us how easily our freedom can be taken away.
