What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? I prefer to celebrate the achievements of the entire MRG team. We’ve found some great new clients and made projects like Rosetti in Beverly and Northeast Arc in Danvers come to life despite the challenges of dealing with a pandemic.

How have you adapted and changed in the last 12 months? When the pandemic hit our biggest concern was the effect it would have on our clients. We’re a retail construction firm and we knew having to shut down would impact our industry. We were able to keep our projects moving while embracing the guidelines and keeping our employees and partners safe. We researched and implemented new technologies and hopped on the Zoom bandwagon and we began looking into new avenues for building relationships with clients we hadn’t worked with before.
