What are you most looking forward to post-pandemic? I am looking forward to traveling again and social networking in person with many clients I consider to be friends. 

How have you adapted and changed in the last 12 months? I have been challenged this past year by managing the Interiors Group during the pandemic. We have all adapted to virtual meetings, social distancing, and unfortunate times due to the pandemic. Although the current situation is not ideal, I have adapted to the new normal and learned how to collaborate effectively with my internal team, clients, and the industry. I have learned that no matter what normal looks like, we can learn from it and take the positives out of any situations and challenges.
