What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? Over the last 12 months my greatest professional achievement is the direct positive impact I have been able to contribute to the people in need within affordable housing. Being able to navigate numerous challenges with design changes, constructability issues as well as subcontractor management to support a positive outcome for numerous individuals. Being able to be part of a team to help multiple communities and the betterment of housing for so many families is a reward of its own.
Within your firm, who has helped you succeed within the industry? How have they helped you? My company has many people that are beyond helpful each day. One sticks out from the rest, my operations manager Bruce. He has been there to help me grow into a better leader, believe in me when I didn’t believe in myself, and help me reach my goals. Construction is an ever-changing industry and there is so much to learn. Bruce has helped me further my knowledge of the industry, help incorporate me into further education, helped me develop and fine tune my skills and abilities to help me be a positive part of my project team.
