Starting out in the construction business, who or what empowered you? It is an industry that has a positive, direct impact on the client. For example, we work in schools and we ensure that the equipment we install, service, and maintain is efficient, safe, and improves the overall air quality and comfort within the building.

What tips or advice would you offer to other women who are considering entering the construction industry? Know that you have a lot to offer! I know I am making a difference in the construction industry with my current skillsets and that I will continue to make a difference as my skillsets continue to grow.
