Starting out in the construction business, who or what empowered you? When I learned what it was I could do as an architect in a larger team, to create buildings that speak to people, buildings that inspire, buildings that assemble people, I was hooked. We have a very exciting profession, in that we work with those who will inhabit a building, but also with the team that designs and the team that builds. It’s the combination of this group of people’s energy, determination and ingenuity that makes successful buildings. Over time, I am adding to this initial eagerness to design, the urgent need to create responsible buildings that are efficient, that work with minimal energy and that are resilient.
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
