Within your firm, who has helped you succeed within the industry? How have they helped you? Erland has shown how much they value me and my female colleagues–providing us with multiple opportunities to develop our skills, grow in our roles, and have a true work-life balance. I’ve had several mentors who have helped me succeed throughout my career. My peers have also empowered me to achieve all that I’ve wanted–consistently pushing me to learn and take on more. I’ve had the continuous support of Erland’s upper management and owners to reach my goals. There hasn’t been a single time where I can recall feeling as though being a woman held me back from anything.
