What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry? My advice to any woman entering the CRE industry is to explore multiple specialties to discover which matches best with your skill set and interests, become an active participant in groups and committees that you’re passionate about and find a Sponsor that is invested in your career trajectory. The key to success is having a strategic network, surrounding yourself with the right team and finding what you’re passionate about.
