What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? 

I’m proud of helping grow and start our hospitality sector. When I joined three years ago, my experience in high-end hospitality and casinos was key to expanding. We’ve since worked with clients like PPX Hospitality and boutique restaurants. What sets us apart is our hands-on mentality, tailoring solutions to each client’s unique needs — what works for one may not work for another. It’s rewarding to see how much we’ve accomplished in such a short time.
