I am most proud when I see others rise, when a spark of promise becomes a steady flame of leadership. I have watched my coworkers, brimming with talent and purpose, step boldly into roles they were always meant to fill. I simply provide a stage, a bit of encouragement, and then I watch them soar. Their success humbles and drives me, reminding me of the power in lifting others to their full heights.
