What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? 

I recently helped close on the first significant development ground lease in several years for Boston’s Economic Development and Industrial Corporation, really since the start of the pandemic. The Related Beal/Kavanaugh project, located at 22 Drydock Ave. in the Flynn Marine Park in South Boston, will provide another major expansion of the Seaport footprint for Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Despite the present glut of biotech space in the region, it’s great to see this project moving forward.
