How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? It’s definitely a challenge, but I’ve found a few strategies that help me maintain a sense of balance. I prioritize self-care and make sure to set aside time for activities that recharge me, such as hobbies and spending time with loved ones. I also make use of tools like time management techniques and setting boundaries to ensure that work doesn’t spill over into my personal time.

Outside of your career, where else do you seek continuous learning and personal growth? I am constantly seeking opportunities for continuous learning and personal growth. One way I achieve this is by reading about various topics and listening to a variety of podcasts that interest me. These activities not only expand my knowledge but also provide new perspectives and insights. Additionally, I enjoy taking AEC-related courses and attending workshops or seminars to acquire new skills in my field and everyday life. Continuing education is important to me because it fosters both personal and professional development.
