In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? In the past 12 months I have been a part of more than 1,000 new and renovated apartments in the New England region. How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? With two school-aged children at home and a jam packed schedule at work it is a challenge. Fortunately, my management team at Norfolk empowers us with the tools and processes needed to achieve results in the field. I take full advantage of new applications and technologies to drive productivity. Being able to work effectively at a jobsite, from home, or in the office allows me to complete tasks and still be a family man.
