Four years ago, when I started my career at Norfolk, that would have shocked me. Today, with the help of a strong team, and partnered with the hard-driving GC’s of our area I believe that number will be only a stepping stone.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? With two school-aged children at home and a jam packed schedule at work it is a challenge. Fortunately, my management team at Norfolk empowers us with the tools and processes needed to achieve results in the field. I take full advantage of new applications and technologies to drive productivity. Being able to work effectively at a jobsite, from home, or in the office allows me to complete tasks and still be a family man.
