If you could give advice to someone just starting out in your field, what would it be? One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in commercial real estate is the value of introducing yourself. Relationship- building is at the core of this business, and it starts with making connections with people at every level, whatever their title or experience may be. Honesty is equally important; admitting when you don’t know something and learning from it helps build trust. Integrity and consistency are essential for long- term success and establishing meaningful relationships.

Who has played a pivotal role in your development, and how have they influenced you? My parents have played a pivotal role in shaping my personal and professional values. From a young age, they emphasized the importance of building genuine relationships based on trust, respect, and consistency. One key lesson they taught me was honoring commitments, showing up, following through, and being dependable. Even as I continue learning in this ever- changing industry, their example guides my approach to work, helping me build a reputation for reliability, trustworthiness, and integrity.
