What trends or market activity are you seeing as we move into the spring season? Spring is the season for renewal and after the extreme weather the country has been experiencing, spring is the time to plan to rebuild the properties that have been impacted by wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes and floods. At SAM, which stands for Sustainable Alternative Modular, we have designed, engineered and tested a new modular panel system that is a direct response to these increased climatic disasters. The panels are fire-proof, water-proof and can withstand high velocity winds up to 200 mph.

What opportunities or challenges do you see shaping the commercial real estate landscape over the next several months? The SAM panel system is a revolutionary method of constructing commercial and multi-family residential buildings that are sustainable, durable and the smartest way to invest in a building that will survive the impacts of climate change. The modular system is adaptable to many uses and can be configured to accommodate custom designs. Modular systems are the future of efficient construction for saving time and minimizing waste while utilizing environmentally sensitive materials.
