What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? Securing approvals for the 215-unit mixed-use development in Quincy, MA was a meticulous process. Engaging with local authorities, we navigated zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and community process. Collaborating transparently with a number of departments, we addressed concerns and incorporated feedback, ensuring alignment with city planning goals. The comprehensive approach not only expedited the approval process but also established a foundation for positive community relations, underscoring our commitment to responsible and sustainable development in Quincy.

What is your favorite / most beneficial part of Women in Construction week? My favorite part of Women in Construction week is celebrating and promoting the invaluable contributions of women in the industry. It provides a crucial platform to highlight their skills, expertise, and achievements, fostering awareness and inclusivity. By showcasing their success stories and emphasizing the importance of diversity, we inspire more women to pursue careers in construction, ultimately enhancing the industry’s innovation and success.
