What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? Personal motivation and true passion for the architectural and construction industry are the main driving forces behind my success. I am incredibly focused on my career, personal development, and leadership (and mentorship) of others. I am lucky to be surrounded by a wonderful and talented team that supports my goals and contributes to our projects’ success.

What is your favorite / most beneficial part of Women in Construction week? My favorite part of Women in Construction week is celebrating all the incredibly smart, strong and successful women working in the industry and their impact on the construction world. I look forward to watching their contributions to the present and future of the industry. It is truly inspiring, and I am honored to be part of it.
