Press of Press/Cuozzo brokers $715,000 sale of Brix Restaurant
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Brix Restaurant facility at 1721 Highland Ave. has been sold. The well established location consists of a 5,342 s/f fully equipped restaurant facility set on 1.09 acres on the northern end of Rte. 10 offering easy access to I-691, I-91 and I-84.
Press was the listing agent representing the seller, BG Associates, LLP. The buyer, Luca Ristorante, LLC is projecting an opening in early April.
The transaction closed at $715,000.
